Can I book a consultation from the United States or Canada?
Yes. All consultations for US and Canadian patients are conducted online via Zoom. We support patients all over the world and are able to accommodate most time zones.
How much are the consultations after this call?
After this 15-minute consultation, we offer support as a 3 consultation program which covers 2-3 months of support. This is the timeframe most patients need. In UK pounds, this is priced at £595.

What happens in the free 15-minute call?
These calls are conversation with Martin to discuss your symptoms, understand whether nutritional therapy is the right approach for you, and answer any questions. There’s no obligation or pressure to proceed following this call.
How do Zoom consultations work?
Zoom consultations are secure video calls where you can easily access the appointment meeting room without the need to travel to a clinic. These work very well and help us to provide care to those who do not live near a clinic location.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No referral is needed. You can book directly using the link on this page.
Are your consultations covered by US health insurance?
Nutritional therapy is not typically covered by US health insurance plans. Many patients pay out of pocket, and fees can sometimes be submitted as a health expense to an FSA or HSA — check with your plan administrator.
Can you order gut health tests for patients based in the US?
Yes. All of the lab tests we use — including SIBO breath tests and comprehensive stool analysis — are ordered from US labs and can be sent directly to your US address. We’ll discuss relevant testing options during your initial consultation as in most cases, no testing is needed.
What time zones do you cater for?
We offer morning appointments Monday to Friday. These typically translate to early morning slots for East Coast patients and late-evening slots for West Coast patients.
Underlying Causes
Underlying imbalances in the gut can lead to the symptoms of IBS and other digestive issues. This can often involve changes in the gut bacteria and a degree or irritation along the gut lining. While symptom management strategies can be important, our aim is to resolve the underlying issue.
Personalised Treatment
Our comprehensive intake and support process assesses the underlying factors that are contributing to your symptoms. From this, we create a personalised treatment plan for you to follow with regular support and guidance included in the consultation fees.
Ongoing Support
Our consultations also include regular support, assessment and monitoring of your symptoms. This allows us to review your response and progress and make relevant adjustments to the treatment plan.
